Lakeview Estate is located on a 7.8-hectare property that borders the Groenvlei to the east of Sedgefield. The development includes 86 homes that are surrounded by 2.8 hectares of a private green belt of natural vegetation.
Lizemarie Botha and Lundikazi Khuphiso designed the layout and obtained development approval for the estate in 2020 and assisted during the implementation phase to ensure that all the planning and environmental conditions had been met. The project is currently in the implementation phase and the first transfers were expected during March 2022.
