Planning Space originated from VPM Planning CC, which has been operating in the Southern Cape since 2000. Planning Space was created, with the same professional staff component, when this long running company dissolved in 2022.

Lizemarie Botha is a registered Town and Regional Planner. She served as the leading town planner for VPM Planning CC since she joined the company in 2001. She obtained her degree in Town and Regional Planning from the University of Pretoria in 1994 and has more than 25 years of experience in the planning and property development field.

Lundikazi Khuphiso
Lundikazi Khuphiso joined VPM Planning CC as a town planning intern in 2017 and became a qualified Town and Regional Planner in 2019. She obtained her B. Tech degree in Town and Regional Planning from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2019. She is well versed in the legal complexities of town planning processes and development administration.
