The 52-hectare Knysna Lifestyle Estate boasts a density of just five homes per hectare, making it one of the lowest residential densities of any similar lifestyle estate in South Africa.
Phases 4 and 5, comprising 126 residential properties, are surrounded by rehabilitated natural areas, highlighting the estate’s commitment to conservation.
